Hillcrest is licensed by the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) as a Child Caring Institution (CCI). We provide open residential, emergency shelter, adolescent out-patient substance use treatment, truancy termination, counseling, substance use assessment, and adolescent residential substance use treatment; all contracted by DCS.
